Border Agency moves more services onlinePost by Ian MacLeod on 2nd February 2012 in Immigration From the start of this month, it is no longer possible to arrange an appointment by telephone for visa holders in the UK to register their biometric data. As part of the UK Border Agency's push to make more of its services available via the internet, this must now be done online, although a postal service is still being offered for those without email access. The former telephone helplines for biometric residence permit queries has been withdrawn, and replaced by a series of email addresses to which they should be sent. Enquiries about the delivery of a biometric residence permit should be sent to BRPDelivery@homeoffice.gov.uk; notification of any errors in the data on a biometric residence permit can be reported to BRPError@homeoffice.gov.uk; and reports of lost biometric residence permits should be sent to BRPLost@homeoffice.gov.uk. The postal address for sending any queries in the above categories is: Freepost RRYX-GLYU-GXHZ, Returns Unit, PO Box 163, Bristol, BS20 1AB. Letters sent to this address do not need a stamp.
