When our packing crew arrives on moving day, they will be fully aware of any special requirements you may have and ready to discuss any last-minute inclusions or alterations. When they leave you will be handed a definitive list of items that they have packed and loaded into the container or vehicle. Copies will be sent to our head office and used by our destination office or agent for customs clearance. Everyone will be kept in the picture.

Excess International Movers has your best interests at heart. To keep the costs of your international relocation down without compromising on service, you may be offered the option of shipping your possessions in a shared or groupage container. If both your starting and destination points are within mainland Europe, our sophisticated and secure Air Ride suspension truck fleet will be offered as often the most cost-effective international relocation solution. Whatever method of transportation you choose, we will always endeavour to have your items moved to your new home as quickly, and as efficiently, as possible.

At destination
Excess International Movers provides excellent personal service at every destination. Across the UK, New Zealand and in many Australian cities, our own branches of Excess International Movers will handle your importing procedures, documentation and delivery. In other countries we use a carefully selected network of fully accredited (FIDI - Federation of International Furniture Removers, HHGFAA - Household Goods Forwarders Association of America, or BAR - British Association of Removers members only) and internationally approved agents to handle everything for you.

Monitoring your shipment
Your paperwork will show exactly what is being shipped; our sophisticated systems monitor your shipment throughout its journey and we are able to advise you of exactly where it is at any given time. All documentation is downloaded directly from our computer system into that of our overseas partners to avoid human error, or it is sent as soon as possible by major courier. Our care for your items is what our reputation has been built on.
